We provide the latest press technology for challenging print requirements. To ensure optimisation with different processes and procedures, we ensure constant updates of our process and colour management systems with the latest technology. One important part of our colour management systems are accurately calibrated digital proof output devices and ICC profiles in accordance to ISO. We provide the additional option of generating customer specific ICC profiles on demand.

To implement a successful colour management system with a high level of reproducibility latest press technology is needed.  We are able to guarantee the adjustment of different halftone technologies to match any reproduction requirements. Our check routines are extremely tight and do not allow any compromise between final data, CTP, print quality and QC.

We provide a new system of inline colour control, the co-called impress control system, a unit which monitors the print quality during the print run.

We have optimised our workflow system to match the improved performances of our new presses. The integration of different processes into an optimised work flow scheme have improved the internal coordination of different steps and technologies such as post-production (high-end retouching), CTP, litho printing and finishing in order to achieve the highest level of quality control and reproducibility.

We oversee a professional waste management system, which is relevant for printing delicate financial matter such as annual reports or financial publications for blue-chip companies, banks or any large corporation.

We manage high-performance production on 21 litho print decks (29,5” x 41,34”) at printing speeds up to 18.000 sheets/h. Two dispersion varnish units are available for inline production. Only if the print result matches the requirements, we are ready to produce. The investment in latest CTP Technology supports our efforts (40 plates per hour). We have qualified our technical staff with new expertise in CTP and press technology.
