Sales Manager UK / Ireland

We are currently seeking a highly professional UK based individual, who is able to improve our sales performance in the UK and Ireland.

The successful candidate needs sales experience in the printing industry or in associated industries and got to be fluent in English.

Responsibilities:

• supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance;
• setting budgets/targets;
• liaising with other line managers;
• reporting back to senior managers;
• liaising with customers (which may include actual selling);
• maintaining detailed knowledge of the company's products;
• keeping abreast of what competitors are doing.

Desirable Qualifications:

Applications may be pre-screened. Only the most competitive applicants will be interviewed. Appropriate university degree in business or printing, experience working in sales environment. Excellent verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills, German language skills are required. Ability to work in a highly divesified market with new key accounts and strategical customers. You will be resonsible for the existing customer base and for the acquisition of new customers.
